What we build to
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring; a skip link leads to the content; text and controls meet the AA contrast ratios; motion respects a reduced-motion setting; the recorded call on the home page has a full transcript; tabs, dialogs, the player and the chat announce themselves to a screen reader; and the chat log is a live region. The dashboard is being brought to the same standard.
How we check
We test the public site with a keyboard and at phone size before each release, and with a screen reader when a page changes. The public site was last audited against WCAG 2.1 AA on 29 September 2026.
What we know falls short
- Some Spanish sentences shown on English pages are not yet marked as Spanish, so a screen reader may read them with English pronunciation. We are fixing this.
- The recorded call on the home page uses our own play button rather than the browser's player. It works with a keyboard and has a transcript; it has no volume or seek control.
