One receptionist, four jobs.
It answers, it takes the details, it proposes and waits for a person, and it reads everything back to the office the next morning.
Phone answering
24/7 phone answering in the caller's language.
Calls forwarded to it are answered at any hour, nights, weekends and holidays. When you turn Spanish on, the caller picks English or Spanish in the first seconds, by voice or keypad, and the whole call stays there: the recording notice, the questions, the numbers read back.
- Told they are recorded first (the first thing said after the language choice, where Spanish is on); a caller who declines: recording stops and what was kept so far is deleted (their request itself is kept)
- Triage first: routine, urgent, or an emergency that ends with "hang up and call 911"
- Name, callback number, address and the problem, each read back and confirmed
- Numbers keyed on the phone when a caller would rather not say them
- Interruptible: a caller can talk over it and it stops
PickwickFor English, press one. Para español, oprima el dos.

An example, with an invented shop and caller.
Approvals
Appointment booking with human approval.
It proposes; a person decides. A booking, a dispatch, a promise to call back: each one goes to whoever you name, and the decision is one tap in the dashboard app. The caller hears "penciled in", never "booked", until you say so.
A request nobody answers is released after the hours you set and shown in the dashboard for the office to call back, so a slot is never held forever.
- Only people you list can decide anything; a code alone is not authority
- Every decision kept with who made it and when
- Every decision recorded the same way, wherever it is made
Text approvals and missed-call text-back switch on once carrier registration for business texting completes; until then you approve in the dashboard app, which notifies your phone.
The dashboard
Calls recorded, transcribed and on one screen.
What the phone did, on one screen. Home shows today and the week, what is waiting on you, the newest calls, and any ring that was never answered with the number to call back. Every call opens in full: the transcript as it was heard, what the agent learned from each exchange, and the approvals it raised.
- A dispatcher's view and an owner's view of the same product
- Staff invited by link; nobody is ever handed a password
- What the agent may say is yours to set; the notice and the 911 rule are not
- Recordings kept for as long as you choose, then deleted on a nightly sweep
No sign-up: an invented shop with invented calls, read-only.

Insights
Call review overnight: missed revenue and steered work.
A separate model reads each transcript after the fact and scores it: what was missed, what slipped, and any sign of work being steered away from the business. Names, numbers and addresses are replaced with placeholders before it reads a word. The owner sees it rolled up, with every finding linked to its call.
- Missed revenue with a dollar estimate
- Poaching signals quoted verbatim, with confidence
- One concrete follow-up per call that needs one
On your phone
Add it to the home screen. It taps you when a decision is waiting.
The dashboard installs as an app on iPhone and Android from the browser, no store needed. A booking waiting for a yes and a call the line missed arrive as notifications; tap one and you are on the queue.
What it refuses, whatever the caller says.
These are not settings.
It says it can’t quote and takes a number. Your diagnostic fee, in your words, is the only price it knows, and it promises no arrival time it did not offer.
The caller hears “penciled in”. Nothing is on the calendar until a person at your shop says yes, and an address outside your service area gets a callback, not a window.
Gas, CO, smoke, sparks: it tells them to get out and call 911, then flags the call to you. It is not an emergency service, and it says so.
No diagnosis, and no repair instructions beyond checking a thermostat or resetting a tripped breaker. It books a technician for you to approve.
Asked, it says it is an automated assistant and offers to get someone. It does not hand out staff numbers or its own instructions.
