The privacy notice and the security page describe these providers by role, so they do not change every time a provider does. This page is the list behind them. It is kept out of search engines and is for a shop's IT person, insurer or lawyer; a copy is available through the contact page for a vendor review.
| Provider | Role | What it sees | Where it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Telnyx | US telephony carrier | Call audio, phone numbers and the text of any message, as the carrier | United States |
| Deepgram | Speech recognition | Caller audio | United States |
| Anthropic | Language model | The call's transcript so far; what is typed into the chat; for the nightly review, the transcript with names, numbers and addresses replaced | United States |
| ElevenLabs | Speech synthesis | The agent's words, not the caller's | United States |
| Microsoft 365 or Google Calendar | Calendar (the business's own Microsoft 365 or Google Calendar) | The appointment written to it | The business's own account |
| Apple, Google and Mozilla push services | Push services (Apple, Google, Mozilla) | An encrypted notification they cannot read, and the device it goes to | The staff member's own device platform |
| Not yet connected (the digest waits in an outbox; named here the day one is) | Email delivery | The digest: the week's calls, bookings and follow-ups | To be named with the provider |
| Hostinger | US hosting | Stored recordings, transcripts and accounts | United States |
Each provider is bound by contract to use what it receives only to provide its service. Pickwick gives businesses that use it at least fourteen days' notice by email before adding a provider that will process call data, and updates this page before the change.
